In this 90-minute one-on-one session, we’ll get clear on what’s truly important to you and you’ll get inspired to incorporate more of it into your life. You’ll learn simple, effective ways to reduce overwhelm and free up time and energy. You’ll leave the session with renewed focus and a plan of action on how to get what’s important to you done.
Time-Saver & Energy-Booster Plan
You’ll receive a Time-Saver & Energy-Booster Plan, which includes a Time-Saver Template and an Energy-Booster Checklist – these tools will help you free up time and energy so you can stay focused on achieving more of what’s important to you. You’ll complete and then implement your unique plan using the template and checklist. The Time-Saver & Energy-Booster Plan is something that you can continue to develop and update throughout your life.

Two weeks after our first session, we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session to see where you’re at and how you’re creating time for what’s important.
