As an online-service based female entrepreneur, how many hats are you currently wearing in your business, in addition to your actual client work?
Are you wearing the hat of a…
- Admin Assistant organising your diary etc and taking care of admin tasks
- Marketing, Sales and Business Development Department
- Tech Expert and Website Support
- Creative and Graphic Designer
- Social Media Manager
- Copywriter and Editor
- Customer Service
- Bookkeeper
- Accountant
- HR
- CEO
That’s more than 11 different roles (and I’ve bunched some of them together to shorten the list), in addition to your actual client work!
WOW!
A big hats off to you, lady, especially if you’re trying to handle more than your main area of expertise.
Email me using the form at the bottom of this article and let me know:
- What is your main speciality that you help clients with?
- Which of the above-listed roles are you also currently juggling in your business?
- What are you outsourcing?
- Which of the roles do you dislike or are your least favourite?
Having reflected on the things you’re juggling in your business, I’m curious:
How are you keeping on top of everything you are trying to do in your business?
Which of these represents you the best:
A. Everything is super organised and I’m clear on exactly what’s happening and when because I plan, organise, prioritise and schedule all my business activities. My great tracking system enables me to tick things off as I go along and to flex when I need to.
B. It’s chaos but I’m happy with how it’s working for me.
C. It’s total chaos and it’s impossible to carry on this way.
D. I’m somewhere in between. Some aspects are pretty well organised, while I’m finding other aspects challenging to stay on top of.
It’s ok wherever you are, my dear. I know some of my clients feel guilt and shame about the chaotic state in which their business affairs are run.
From what I’ve seen, you can still be a mess and have a financially successful business.
My mentor who has a solid balance sheet and over £1mn turnover, admitted to me last week that her business is chaos and wishes to have someone like me go in and sort it all out.
In her eyes, from having a quick peek of my screen, I’m super organised. In fact, when we wrapped up our call she enthusiastically proclaimed:
“Mira, you are a genius at building a system that keeps you organised.”
K.V. Marketing Strategist & Mentor
Reflecting on those bold words, she’s on to something:
When I worked in Wealth Management, I thrived on finding ways to improve how we served our clients, so much that I moved from a client-facing role serving Affluent and High Net Worth clients to a business improvement role in the Client Experience department.
For many years, I loved planning and organising elaborate long-haul holidays and gatherings.
Since running my business, I’ve experimented with various ways of planning, organising and tracking all the different moving parts of my coaching practice. While I outsource some of the above-listed roles, I do wear many of those hats in my business.
So, if you’re finding it challenging to keep on top of it all, I get you. There is so much to do when you’re a one-woman band who does it all or outsources only a few things.
And whether you’re delegating or not, what creates overwhelm, confusion and stress can also be easily removed by adding a system that helps you prioritise, plan, stay organised, and keep track of what to do and when.
If you’re anything like me and my clients and have found that most tools and methods out there are way too rigid and expect you to be a robot, which renders them unsustainable in the long run, I hear you.
And let’s face it, the past year has shown us that a lot of our plans can be thrown out of the window in an instant.
As a woman, you’ve also probably noticed that your energy and mood fluctuates during your cycle and just because you’ve planned to create a video on the day before your period starts, it doesn’t mean you’re thrilled to do it. You may even put it off and feel guilty about doing so.
This is why I believe that having a system that is simple, customisable and flexible and in sync with your natural cycle is the most sustainable way to stay organised and on top of things in the long run.
A FINAL QUESTION FOR YOU:
If I were to create a bundle with customisable templates and trackers with tutorials on how to make them your own, which also teaches you how to tap into your feminine wisdom, so you can reduce the overwhelm of juggling it all in your business and achieve more of what’s important with ease and flow, would you want it?
It will be on a pre-sale for only £27.
If this sounds right up your alley fill in the contact form below and let me know.
If enough women put their hand up, I will create it.
In case you’re wondering “Mira, why only £27, given that this is worth so much more?”
The straightforward answer:
One of my core values is to be of service. It’s a key reason why I became a coach.
I appreciate that not everyone can afford to invest in my one-on-one or group programmes right now.
However, I still want to be able to make a positive difference in the businesses and lives of as many women as possible. The potential ripple effect just gives me wonderful goosebumps.
By creating an easily affordable offer, it will enable me to follow my mission in making a positive impact in the lives of more female entrepreneurs.
This is why I appreciate your invaluable input and support. Thank you.
Excited to hear from you!
