For a while, I’ve been meaning to raise my game on LinkedIn as part of my mission to inspire and positively impact the lives of thousands of people by sharing my insights and experience.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been active on LinkedIn but I wanted to make an even bigger dent in the world by helping even more people to create a healthy, happy and balanced life whether they work with me directly or not.
Because as my clients keep on reminding me our work together is truly life-changing.
The guidance and help they receive prove invaluable in making huge transformations in their lives long after we’ve stopped working together.(Their words, not mine.)
While I may not be able to work with everyone on a one-to-one basis, it doesn’t mean that should stop me from making a positive impact on those who would find the tips and insights I share helpful.
So, butterflies in my tummy, trembling with a mixture of nerves 😰 and excitement 😃 and determined to follow my mission, I launched a new themed daily series on LinkedIn this week.
Every Monday through to Friday, I will be posting short and snappy tips on the following topics on LinkedIn:

🕒 TIMELY TUESDAY – Create time for what matters to you most, plan, organise and free up time.
💃 WELLBEING WEDNESDAY – Boost your energy. Integrate practices that support your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
🌹 THORNY THURSDAY – How to cope with the challenges of running a business, curve balls that life throws at you and bad habits. (Including what’s been troubling me this week or what hasn’t gone to plan. 😟)
🎉 FAB FRIDAY – Celebrate and appreciate what’s awesome in your life, no matter how big or small. Plus, some light-hearted fun things. 😃
In honour of April being stress awareness month, for the rest of the month, the daily themes will have a slant on dealing with stress and creating a happier, healthier and more balanced life.
Just announcing what’s in-store has already been hugely popular and the views have exceeded the number of my LinkedIn connections.
