I can definitely relate to being too hard on myself regardless of how much I’ve crammed into my day.

So, here are two tips to radically change your weekly planning.
When I plan my week, I look at two major predictable influences on my natural energy levels.
Energy-Based Schedule Planning Tip 1
First, I look at: What will be the phase (or phases) of my menstrual cycle this week and what will I naturally be best at during the week?
For example, I’m currently at the end of my ovulation phase and transitioning into the first half of the luteal phase.
But this blog isn’t a biology class, so I skip directly to answering your question:
“What does that mean for my work, Mira?”
Ovulation is that time of the month when you naturally express yourself more eloquently (See what I did here?! ;-)).
Since you’re most articulate and magnetic in this phase, it’s the perfect time for showing up and being visible in your business.
For example, today, I did a 10min Facebook live video in my awesome community Thriving Women’s Collective sharing how I plan my week.
Then, I quickly put up a post on LinkedIn about it and two ladies instantly requested to join the community. (If you’re not in it already, you’re welcome to come along and get a daily-ish dose of inspiration and support from me. 😉
Plus, shortly I shared an offer in a private community someone showed interest in it.
Then, I wrote this blog.
BEST OF ALL?
It’s all coming very easily to me.
The words are flowing.
I’m not overthinking (and for a Questioner like me, that’s huge!)
and I feel excited to share this with you.
This is the power of synching with your natural cycle!
Frankly, I wish I had known about this years ago! It would have saved me so much wasted energy, guilt, impostor, which I could have channelled in a much more helpful way.
This is why I am now so passionate about spreading the word and educating every single woman in her reproductive years to do things differently!

Energy-Based Schedule Planning Tip 2
If you don’t know which phase in your cycle you are, or your cycles are irregular or you’re past that stage in your life, this second part of my planning is perfect for you!
I like to combine nature’s energy for an extra boost, too. 🙂
I keep it simple.
Since I’m not a Moonologist, I only pay attention to the New Moon and Full Moon.
These are also the main two events with the biggest influence.
The theme of the New Moon that started yesterday is about being brave.
It’s for those willing to dive deep into doing the internal and the external work.
Here’s how you can apply it for yourself:
- Asap, preferably today, reflect on:
- How are you standing in your own way?
- What are your self-destructive patterns?
- How do you keep myself small or play it safe?
- In what ways do you doubt myself?
Next, note down:
- What is your intention for the week and moon cycle ahead?
- What are three actions that you are going to take towards your intentions?
- What can I do right away or this week to help me move closer to what I desire?
Are you brave and ready to take action?
